I graduated with a degree in Human Resources Management from Massey University, New Zealand. After graduating I then moved to Australia where I started my Recruiting profession in Kalgoorlie (a remote mining town 400 miles east of Perth, Western Australia). After subsequent promotions I moved to Perth where I continued my Recruitment & Staffing career in senior sales roles. In October 2007 I accepted a Sr. Sales opportunity in Chicago with Experis (ManpowerGroup) where I have been working since.
